Review Plates ship within five business days. Custom Plates take five to six weeks to make and deliver after design approval. Shipping is a flat $8.50 anywhere in Australia. Express shipping is a flat $35, selected at checkout.

Yes. Every Dockt Plate order includes free access to your dashboard, where you can change where each plate points and see tap analytics.
Yes, any time. Update the destination from your dashboard and every plate follows instantly. No reprinting, ever.
No. The plates are passive NFC tags, so they need no power and no WiFi. Your venue internet is only needed for the dashboard.
NFC works on most phones made after 2018. If a guest has NFC disabled or unsupported, the QR code printed on every plate is a reliable fallback through the camera app. Anything beyond that, contact us and we will investigate.
