No. Every plate ships programmed and pointed at whatever you asked for, and it will keep working forever with nothing else to pay. The plan is only for changing where a plate points yourself and seeing the tap counts. Plenty of people never take it and that is completely fine.
It is the same hardware. The difference is that a custom plate is drawn, proofed and printed to order for you alone, which is a production run rather than something off a shelf. That is also why it takes five to six weeks and a ready made one takes five days.
Yes. Every price on this page is in Australian dollars and includes GST. Nothing is added at checkout except shipping, and that is free from five plates.
Not when you order. You place the order, we confirm it and send you a Stripe link by email. On a custom order that link only comes once you have approved your design proof, so you never pay for artwork you have not seen.
Get in touch and we will quote it properly. Above 50 the per-plate price keeps coming down and the Smart Plan moves to a flat rate rather than a tier.
Any time, from the dashboard. If you cancel, your plates keep working exactly as they are, they just stop being repointable until you come back.
