Yes. We ship Australia-wide to all states and territories. All orders are tracked. Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Yes. Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number via email. All orders are dispatched with tracked postage.
After you submit your order request, we'll send you a design proof. Payment is required after you approve the design. Production starts immediately after payment clears.
Vector formats (AI, EPS, SVG) are preferred for best print quality. High-resolution PNG files (300dpi+) also work well. Avoid low-resolution JPEGs. If you're not sure, send us what you have and we'll advise.
Yes, of course. We offer revisions at the proof stage at no extra charge. We want you to love your plates before we print them. Just reply to our design email with your feedback.
Yes. Let us know your table number range in the branding notes when ordering. Each individually numbered plate is a unique item, and each one needs its own NFC programming.
NFC is supported on iPhone XR and later (2018+) and most Android phones from the past 5 years. NFC reliability also depends on the guest's phone case, device settings and any interfering accessories, so some guests may not get a successful tap even on a compatible device. That's why every Dockt plate includes a QR code as well: it works on any smartphone with a camera, no NFC required.
No app required. NFC taps open the URL directly in the phone's browser. QR codes work the same way through the native camera app. Zero friction for guests.
We use UV DTF printing, a premium method that produces a permanent, slightly raised finish with a gloss overlay on the print. It is extremely durable, hard to remove, and looks clean and high-end. The acrylic plate is matte (white or black), while the printed design has a gloss finish that makes it pop.
Yes. Plates include a subtle "Powered by dockt.com.au" mark by default. It is small and tasteful, but if you would prefer fully unbranded plates, you can add +$3 per plate to remove it at checkout.
Yes, any time. All Dockt plates connect to your dashboard, where you can update the destination URL for each plate. No reprinting, ever.
We offer a Platform Setup Service starting from $79. Our team will professionally connect your me&u, BiteHQ, y_wait or other online ordering provider to your Dockt dashboard for you. No tech skills required on your end. Contact us or view it in the store to get started.
We currently support me&u, BiteHQ, y_wait, and most other providers that have a public-facing link. If you use a different system, just ask. We'll let you know if it's compatible. More integrations are added regularly.
Send us your logo, brand colours and any design preferences. A brief note about your venue's vibe helps too: modern, rustic, minimal, bold.
Our design team creates artwork that matches your branding. We aim to produce plates that look like they were made specifically for your space, because they were.
We send a digital proof. You approve or request changes. Once happy, we produce, program and ship. Plates are QA checked before dispatch.
All Dockt Plate hardware is covered by a 6-month replacement guarantee from the date of delivery. If you experience a confirmed manufacturing defect (print failure, delamination, or a chip that doesn't respond on multiple NFC-capable devices) within 6 months, we'll replace it at no charge. NFC not working due to a phone case, device settings, or an incompatible phone is not a defect.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on customised NFC products. Because every plate is programmed with a specific URL and customised with your branding, it cannot be restocked or resold. This applies to all hardware items and custom printed products.
Surface damage caused by chemical cleaning products, excessive moisture, physical abrasion or misuse is not covered under the replacement guarantee. We offer adhesive backing replacements: email us and we'll sort it.
